Durante las vacaciones de verano, Sun de 10 años, conoce a Jia, quien es nueva en la ciudad. Sun muestra a Jia el vecindario, juegan en la casa de la otra y comparten secretos, por lo que se convierten en mejores amigas. Sin embargo, cuando comienza el nuevo semestre, Jia nota algo extraño entre Sun y los otros niños. Jia trata de entrar en el grupo de niños cool y comienza a distanciarse de Sun.

Ten-year-old Sun meets Jia during summer vacation, who is new to town. Sun shows Jia around the neighborhood, and they play at each other’s houses and share secrets, so they become best friends. However, when the new semester starts, Jia notices a strange vibe between Sun and the other kids. Jia tries to get into the cool kids’ group and starts to distance herself from Sun.
