En 1750, Justine llega a vivir a un convento y conoce a Alucarda, una extraña joven fascinada con vampiros. Justine entabla una macabra amistad con Alucarda cuando se pincha un dedo y esta bebe su sangre. El confesor cree que ambas están poseídas y las tortura para exorcizarlas. Un médico bienintencionado acusa al sacerdote de matar a Justine y lleva a Alucarda a su casa, dando inicio a una serie de eventos sangrientos.

In 1750, Justine came to live in a convent and met Alucarda, a strange young woman fascinated with vampires. Justine befriends Alucarda when she pricks her finger and drinks her blood. The confessor believes they are possessed and tortures them to perform an exorcism. A well-meaning doctor accuses the priest of killing Justine and takes Alucarda home, starting a series of bloody events.
