Sohee comienza una pasantía en el centro de llamadas de un importante proveedor de internet, pero el trabajo resulta ser una pesadilla. La compañía la somete a una inmensa presión, que finalmente la lleva a la muerte. La detective Oh Yoo-jin está a cargo del caso, y mientras investiga, descubre que el lado oculto del asunto es más perturbador y desmoralizador de lo que jamás imaginó.

Sohee starts an externship at a major internet provider’s call center, but the job turns out to be a nightmare. She becomes under immense pressure from the company, eventually leading her to death. Detective Oh Yoo-jin is in charge of this case, and as she investigates, she finds out that the hidden side of the incident is more upsetting and demoralizing than she ever could have imagined.
